SANDALS ROYAL BAHAMIAN
It’s hard to believe this white sand, these ocean colors, and the easy-going environment at Sandals Royal Bahamian is just 59 minutes from the continental U.S. Guests are known to spend days in nothing but swimsuits and flip-flops, toggling from the beach to two new food trucks to seven pools to boat rides out to Sandals’ private island, Barefoot Cay, with its own restaurant and swim-up bar. The royal experience is yet another way to go: Rolls-Royce transportation, treatments at Red Lane Spa, and stays in Crystal Lagoon swim-up suites with butler service. With either experience — casual or sophisticated — the jaw-dropping scenery serves as the resort’s hallmark.
